1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MTravels Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides a comprehensive, cloud-based travel agency management system. Services include:

• Ticketing and reservation management
• Umrah and family travel management
• Visa application and hotel booking management
• Financial accounting and reporting
• Automation of communication and workflows
• Performance analytics and dashboards
• Multi-branch and multi-user management
• Client portal and support systems

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We continuously improve features, but do not guarantee specific performance outcomes for your business.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and setup
• Use the Platform legally and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for any fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Protect your login credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access immediately
• Ensure all users in your agency comply with these terms
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Comply with all travel industry regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Account & Role Control

• Each agency controls its own users, branches, and data access
• Tenant Super Admin has full administrative oversight and responsibility
• Role-based access controls (Admin, Finance, Sales, Umrah) enforce permissions
• All actions are logged via our Audit Logs for accountability
• You are responsible for managing user access and removing users when appropriate

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or as agreed in your contract
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Non-payment or subscription cancellation may result in automatic service suspension
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information current
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice

6. Data Ownership

• All business data (tickets, clients, transactions, reports) belongs to you — your agency
• We do not claim ownership of your operational data
• You retain the right to export or download your data at any time
• We act as a data processor on your behalf for the purpose of operating the Platform
• Upon account termination, your data can be exported within 30 days

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable platform, the Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind (expressed or implied).

We are not responsible for:

• Changes in airline policies, pricing, or availability
• Disputes between you and travel suppliers or clients
• External system failures, supplier APIs, or third-party integrations
• Financial decisions you make based on Platform reports or analytics
• Lost profits, data loss, or business interruption (unless caused by our gross negligence)
• Regulatory violations or legal liability in your jurisdiction

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Upon termination, your access to the Platform is discontinued
• Data can be exported for 30 days after termination; after that, it may be deleted
